Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment, and are shipped via Canada Post with tracking number and drop-off without signature (delivery time not guaranteed). If you prefer a faster shipment with XpressPost (1 business day guaranteed), please select the appropriate option when confirming your order, but please note that an additional cost will be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will e-mail you a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Special care is taken to pack your order, please note that your parcel travels under the responsibility of Canada Post. It is your duty to report any apparent damage upon delivery of the parcel, and to start any claim against Canada Post in order to get a refund for damages linked to transport. We will not be able to accept a return on a product that has been damaged during transport, but we do subscribe an insurance with Canada Post, covering the full amount of your order, which will allow you to get a refund in case of damage during transport.
